About Us

At Foundever in Copenhagen, we are currently looking for a Product Specialist to enrich a customer service team that provides customer service and technical support on behalf of one of our biggest clients – a medical company that delivers innovative and life changing products to diabetics. Reporting to our Training and Quality Manager, the primary responsibilities are to effectively support, coach and train a team of customer service advisors while also ensuring key metrics are consistently achieved. In this role, you will both be responsible for providing support and guidance for our Agents in regard to our client’s products, and you will also be in charge of creating different workshops as well as offering a thorough and engaging training programs for our new agents.

Job Summary

Your primary tasks:

As a Product Specialist, you are responsible for being the point of contact for our Agents and the link between our client and operations. The main focus of this role will revolve around the learning aspect and the facilitating of tasks that ensures a strong and thorough training for new and current employees. Your primary tasks will consist of:

  • Helping to ensure the quality of the support on the client’s products
  • Creating and facilitating workshops.
  • Coaching and supporting the Agents
  • Facilitating and driving the training for our new hires
  • Sharing knowledge and updates within the team

    You will work closely with a team of four other Product Specialists, who prioritize close collaboration, timely and efficient communication and knowledge sharing across teams.
