Job Summary

We are looking for a new team member in our Finance team who would be a part of the Finance Transformation project named “SIMPLE”. The  Finance Process Excellence will ensure the seamless update and revamp of all process documentation impacted by the implementation of new tools (ERP, EPM, etc.). The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to align processes with the new systems and facilitate their adoption.

This position is required to be based in Luxembourg.

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Process Documentation Review and Update:

• Analyze and understand the current process documentation.

• Identify and document gaps between existing processes and changes introduced by new tools.

• Update process flows, narratives, and related materials to reflect system updates and new workflows.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with project teams, IT, and business units to gather requirements and understand process changes.

• Organize workshops to validate updated processes with key stakeholders.


3. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the updated documentation complies with governance standards.

• Verify accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s objectives.
 

4. Change Management Support:

• Develop clear and user-friendly materials for training and onboarding related to the new processes.

• Act as a point of contact for questions and clarifications on the updated documentation.

  • Detail-oriented and methodical in approach.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and controls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

 


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:


• 5+ years of experience in process mapping, documentation, or finance transformation projects.
• Experience with ERP or EPM implementation is a plus.
