Job Summary

To efficiently provide high-quality and accurate resolutions to customers under stipulated policies and procedures, offering high-quality support, successfully capturing sales opportunities, and answering inquiries via chat, email, or phone.

 

Requirements

  • Advanced English Speaker. High proficiency level (85% +) (must) 
  • At least 6 months without disciplinary actions. (must) 
  • At least 6 months tenure in your current position
  • P.A. Average of 3.25 for the last 3 months. (must)
  • Prior Customer Service experience. (must) 
  • Schedule Flexibility to work on weekends and with a mixed schedule (must) 
  • Previous sales experience (preferred)
  • Ability to function in a team environment. 
  • Adaptability to change. 
  • Teamwork oriented. 
  • Excellent Customer service skills. 

Responsabilities

  • To listen and identify the root cause (issue) of a case, interact with the customer on the telephone, through online networks, and/or mail, and resolve the issue accordingly.
  • To follow up on the customer's issue by maintaining periodic timely updates, setting up appointments, and any other commitment made to the customers until the issue is solved.
  • Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions.
  • Share best practices and sales techniques with colleagues.
  • To maintain adequate technical proficiency in products and platforms supported and any other relevant technologies.
  • To coach, mentor, and evaluate the technical proficiency of his/her peers.
