Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Account Qualification: As the lifeblood of our sales process, you'll be at the forefront, generating opportunities using a variety of tactics, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. You'll research potential prospects within target industries, identifying and qualifying new accounts.
- Consultative Selling: Deepen your understanding of our services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively highlight our solutions' value. Use this knowledge to identify client needs and suggest suitable services for successful outcomes.
- Data Analysis & Prospect Management: Leverage various tools to gain vital information about prospects, including their operations, support needs, and key decision-makers. Analyze this data to discern support infrastructure gaps, pain points, and areas of potential improvement.
- Lead Nurturing & Sales Support: Nurture leads for a smooth transition to the sales team, arranging further engagement meetings between prospects and sales reps.
- Organizational Navigation: Navigate through client organizations to understand decision-making structures, attitudes, and potential opportunities.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and create targeted materials. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct capability overviews, gather market intelligence, and identify trends to support sales and marketing strategies.
Education and/or Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or six (6) plus years of experience is required, or any equivalent combination of related training/education and experience.
- Knowledge of the contact center industry is strongly preferred.
- A track record of establishing strong, productive, and lasting relationships within large customers and targeted vertical market sectors is essential.
Qualifications
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and present our services effectively to potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Data Providers (ZoomInfo), Sales Engagement Platforms (Salesloft), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Willingness to occasionally travel for industry events and client meetings.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills within complex organizations.
- Strong decision-making ability, with a knack for timely problem resolution.
- Ability to manage high-profile individuals in the business development process.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.

You will receive a $60,000 base salary, and there is the potential for an additional $60,000 in annual incentives. These incentives are paid monthly following the performance month. Additionally, there is an uncapped component on top of the previously mentioned incentives.
