🌏 Context

To strengthen our Application Delivery Team, we are looking for a Backend Developer specialized in Java/Spring. You will be in charge of the development of the Foundever™ solutions, their adaptations, and their integration with other information systems in order to deliver them to our customers.

📍 Location

The position is based in our offices in Casablanca (CasaNearshore), Morocco. Partial remote work is possible, with a regular presence in our Casablanca office to meet the team.

💼 Missions

• Develop efficient CRM services, interfaces, backend systems, web services and out of the box solutions (specific or generic).
• Ensure Third Party Application maintenance and evolution.
• Ensure high quality of code and technical documentation.
• Implement test cases and follow the good continuous integration practices.
• Help validating and improving the level of junior developers.
• Ensure regular reporting to the management.

🤖 Technologies

Main technologies used for this role: Java 17, Spring Boot 3, Hibernate, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Vue.js, Thymeleaf, jQuery.

🎯 Expected skills

Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using Java, Spring, Hibernate and APIs (SpringBoot).
• Fluent knowledge of English and French, spoken and written (at least a B2 level on one language, and C1 on the other one).
• Master’s IT degree.
• Good understanding of design patterns.
• Troubleshooting skills to help debug and resolve production issues.
• Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and proactive.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS editor and knowledge of customer services.
