About the role:

In your role as a Klarna support person, you handle various disputes, which may involve contacting customers, stores and various authorities. Your job is to provide top-notch customer service and your day is full of dealing with cases that require a deeper investigation. The work is mainly done using e-mail, but phone calls can also be part of your working day.

Customer service opening hours are Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00. The employment relationship begins with training, during which you learn both the technical aspects of the job and how to offer the best possible customer service. A salary is paid for the duration of the training.

Basic qualities:

Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English language skills
Basic IT skills
Completed secondary education
