We are looking for a PixieBrix Developer – Low Code Engineer to join our globally distributed AI team, which is developing groundbreaking products that will shape the CX industry. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance custom automation solutions using the PixieBrix platform, collaborate with stakeholders to implement seamless workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support AI-driven initiatives.

Job Summary

  • Architect and develop custom applications (“mods”) with PixieBrix platform that meet EverAssist and strategic AI initiative requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mod issues while enhancing mods with new features
  • Work closely with other stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand requirements, architect solutions within the PixieBrix framework, and ensure successful implementation
  • Oversee versioning and deployment of PixieBrix mods
  • Establish proactive monitoring systems to detect potential problems before they affect end users
  • Provide technical support as well as pre-sales engineering for critical proposals and go-to-market initiatives
  • Assist in developing technical marketing materials, documentation, and other internal educational content

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, and CSS.
  • Experience architecting and developing automations with tools like Zapier, Workato, Make, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, or similar
  • Described as a process automation expert
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and communicate feature requests driven by project stakeholders and end customer demand, understanding product limitations
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting logical workflows to find root cause
  • Ambitious and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving and communication skills required to support users and strategic partners
  • Proficient in showcasing built solutions, ensuring clear communication of functionality and value; able to adapt communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with AI and prompt engineering a plus
  • Contribution to open-source projects is a plus

Language skills

Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
