Please note: You must live within 1 hour of Plymouth for this role as you will need to be on site for training and maybe required to commute each day!

Key Information

We have a range of different roles at our Plymouth site. Some of these are temporary, and other will be on a more permanent basis. Our pay rates range from £9.50-£10.20 depending on factors such as age and campaign.

We generally ask that staff are full flexible monday to sunday between 7am and 11pm but this requirement will vary dependant on the role you are offered.

*For our work at home roles, training is generally conducted at our site in Plymouth. Training periods can vary from 2 week to 5 weeks after which you would be expected to work from home on your own device.

We recruit for roles based onsite and at home throughout the year.

We aim to publish shifts at least three weeks in advance and offer a variety of shift patterns.

Equipment Specifications

· Minimum 1.8GHz with at least two processor cores, it should be less than 5 years old. Intel Atom, Celeron, Core 2 Duo or Pentium branded processors aren't supported

. Desktop or laptop Windows 10 or Mac system only. Mac systems are not supported.

· Minimum 4GB memory (RAM)

· 20GB free space. HDD or preferably SSD drive type

· Minimum single monitor with at least 1440 x 900 resolution

Wired Internet Connection - Ethernet

· Keyboard, Mouse and USB Headset

· 1 free USB port

Network Specifications

· 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speeds

Skills and Abilities
