Description

The Sr Project Manager for Conversational AI projects oversees the end-to-end execution of projects involving chatbots, voicebots, and copilot solutions. This role includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and according to the approved methodology, creating detailed project plans, and ensuring deadlines and budget. The project manager coordinates cross-functional teams, including Conversational designers, AI specialists, Data specialists and developers, to develop and deploy advanced conversational projects. They manage project risks, maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, and continuously assess project performance against KPIs to ensure high-quality outcomes. Additionally, they stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to integrate innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan the implementation project for the chatbot, defining clear objectives and a detailed work plan.
  • Manage a qualified team, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Supervise and monitor all stages of the project, ensuring progress and resolving issues.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency strategies.
  • Manage the project budget, invoices process and controlling costs.
  • Engage and regularly communicate with relevant project stakeholders.
  • Implement processes and quality standards, conducting testing and gathering feedback for - continuous improvements.
  • Evaluate the performance of the bot post-implementation, analyzing metrics and collecting data to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Create kick off decks, client presentations and overview monthly reports decks

Your profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field of study (Marketing, Communication, Business, Administration or Engineering) or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 4 years working as Project Manager;
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and meeting deadlines;
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the project team;
  • Knowledge of CX;
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise;
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and align expectations;
  • Competence in risk management and developing contingency plans;
  • Ability to adapt to changes and make flexible decisions to ensure project success;
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.
