Overview

 

The Global Manager of Security Governance primary responsibility is to support, assist and coordinate the Security Governance responsibilities for Foundever.  

 

This individual must be able to work with market security leaders and Operations to promote security and fraud awareness amongst the employee population, as well as continually search for creative and enforceable means to proactively prevent/mitigate fraud and physical security violations.  

Primary Job Responsibilities

 

  • Support internal reporting tools and processes, including ownership assignments and tracking assignment completions. 30%
    • Will also take part in creating and updating policies. 
    • All security process for audits, policies, procedures, standards and training.
  • Support the lifecycle management of security and fraud awareness in partnership with regional market security leadership. 20%
  • Internal communications and programs (EverConnect for example).
  • SAT +other trainings (help create, enhance and promote security culture).
  • Facilitate the review, approval, and coordination of documents, ensuring stakeholder input and endorsement at every stage. 20 %
  • Working with the existing knowledge base documents this individual will help maintain, update, and enhance the procedures, security whitepapers and overviews along with the respective subject matter experts.

  • Actively work on training materials to familiarize employees with governance policies and procedures. 20%
  • Assist other Foundever Security personnel as needed. 10%--  

Qualifications

 

 

  • 5-7 years relevant security governance experience.
  • Working knowledge of Common Security Frameworks such as ISO 27000 series, NIST SP 800 series, etc.  
  • Knowledge of Physical Security Control Systems. 
  • Report Writing/Briefing Capability.
  • Ability to appropriately handle critical information and sensitive information.
  • Effectively use Microsoft Office products, including Visio, in communication delivery. 
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software tools to include, but not limited to: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI.
  • Self-motivated, directed, well-organized and capable of working in a complex security environment with multiple local and international security requirements.
