• Relevant Experience - 1+ years as a Senior Manager or 4+yrs as a Manager
• Work Window - 6:30am-10:30pm (Work window) / rotational
• Weekoffs - Any 1 day week off (rotational)

Job Description

• college degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience / Any graduate
• 4 or more years of directly related experience, including 2 or more years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large groups of people.  Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.  Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating successful customer relationship management.
• Voice or Blended process experience is mandate & inbound experience is required
• Worked on NPS, eNPS, P&L Account, Revenue Management
• Shall operate in IND shift timings, and would be required to stretch as and when required
• Manager level into Retail e-commerce Domain for IND contact center would be added advantage
• Appropriate communication and escalation of client issues to multiple levels of site and Operations management
• Client strategies to meet client/corporate goals and objectives
• Should be aware of the various Operations and Client Metrics.
• Should exhibit People Management Skills.
