🌟 Customer Service Specialist with Spanish and English🌟  

Location: Warsaw

Your daily tasks:

Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);   

Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;  

Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   

Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   

Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction. 

What do we expect from you?

🌍 Language: Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1);  

💼 Experience: Customer Service experience is mandatory, cool if you have experience in sales;   

💻 Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   

🌞 Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic;

Working conditions:
