Location: Warsaw

 

 

Your daily tasks:  

✅ Provide advice and guidance to the site leadership team on best practice in human resources management and compliance with employment legislation, and internal security and audit procedures
✅Work closely with the site team, in the development of a performance driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development
✅To ensure that the company remains fully compliant with changes to employment law and practices, and that these practices are implemented consistently
✅To suggest appropriate actions to raise associate satisfaction levels and ensure regular two way feedback is undertaken with associates
✅To ensure attendance and attrition is effectively managed and reviewed at site level, with remedial actions taken where necessary
✅To contribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals
✅To collaborate with the Managers in the effective management of Health and Safety issues at site
✅To take personal responsibility to understand and ensure compliance with all company and client security requirements and policies
✅Managing the compensation and benefits policy
✅Supervise Payroll activities; payroll vendor management
✅Managing legalization department
✅Development of site HR Strategy

✅ To complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner. 

 

Requirements: 

💼Education (if beyond High School or equivalent):
- College degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field (preferable)


🌍 Languages proficiency
- Advanced level of English and Polish (at least C1) both verbal and written


📝Experience Target (in this job or a related function/field):
- 4-year college degree in Human Resources or Business or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
